a reseller contact that reseller and not Pleier Corporation.
The return policy does
not apply to software as customers are offered a trial prior to
purchase. Please contact licensing@pleier.com
if you have questions regarding a software product you have purchased.
Pleier Corporation is not
responsible for merchandise damaged while being returned to us and will
not issue credit or refund for damaged merchandise. The customer will
be responsible for filing claim with shipper.
