Returns


Pleier Corporation guarantees your satisfaction with its products!

If the product you ordered does not meet your needs for any reason, send it back to Pleier Corporation, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days and we will gladly issue a refund or ship an exchange. The product must be in restockable condition.

The amount of the refund or credit will be the invoice amount less the shipping charge.

If you purchased through a reseller contact that reseller and not Pleier Corporation.

There is no return of software as customers are offered a trial prior to purchase. 

There is no return of downloadable products.

Please contact licensing@pleier.com if you have questions regarding a software product you have purchased.

Pleier Corporation is not responsible for merchandise damaged while being returned to us and will not issue credit or refund for damaged merchandise. The customer will be responsible for filing claim with shipper.

If a customer returns merchandise without following this return policy, the shipment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
